Typography Terms  By: Kenia Diaz The Typography Terms  In e9 we have started our third project already! This project was the different types of typography terms so kinda like what things on letters are called. This was different this had much more typing involved and more understanding of what and why things are important. Learning the Details For the typography terms we had to learn the typography terms what they meant and why they where useful for use. Looking at the words and where they where suppose to go. Having to look at the different terms and tie them in with my name was the biggest challenge I probably had. Looking where does this word fits with my name and wondering does this work for this letter or do I need to change this word so this word could fit, do I have enough terms yet, is their more then 10 terms, wait did I use that term yet always passed by my mind. Overall this was a different, but cool way to learn new words.  End Results  At the end of this

Color Wheel Project The Color Wheel In e9 we have started our first project! As you could probably guess its a color wheel. Overall the project had it's easy parts and the technical difficulty. This was a great learning experience, being how it was our first project it definitely was a learning experience. Getting on the Macs for the first time and using Illustrator for the first time, it was something that was a good experience. Learning The Basics  Being how it was my first time on a Mac it was all brand new to me. Learning how to download Illustrator to understanding the differences between the command and the control keys. Not just that but also having to renew colors again to get a new understanding of the projects. End Results In the end I came out with the this color wheel. (Image above) This being the first actual project that we all had to learn and took more than a week. Remembering the primary, secondary, tertiary

Starting the year off with a group project like this was something new. Four kids from four different schools combining together to made a chalk drawing together this was sure to be a  memorable experience. The first obstacle we had to task as a group was coming up with a design that fit all of our characteristics. In total we had five elements that connected each person to who they are. We had an element that connected all the group together, the Olathe Northwest raven. With our sketch done the big challenge came. The actual drawing. As we got the chalk off we went to start the drawing are first task tacling the shield out line. we needed enough space to fit three animals and two swords. The final product was something to remember.
