Logo Innovation
Logo Process

Diaz Logo
For my logo had originally had though that I wanted the lily pad vibes but after I came in with more details I knew it just wasn't enough. I had asked my friends and family on there opinions they all said the same thing, "This isn't you, your extra this needs something more. This logo just seems simple Its nice I like it but its missing something." That was when it hit me. Instead of Just sticking with the lily pads how about I coming both the lily pad and the the half sun together. This was the beginning of a new idea. After looking at how everything works together I would only start to improve myself even more. Taking into concideration what all my family and friends said it did occur to me that the logo had a lack of deference. I didn't know what it was, so I added thing my family and friends know me for. My friends say something they can always tie to me is the amount of how much I draw 'hello'. So I went back and added the word hello to see how it would look but it just didn't fit, I tried adding my last name but still it just wasn't enough. I had finally realized what it was missing, the color black.
Final Design
My final design was the image seen to the right. To me it had enough pop and enough clean and cut lines for me. The process of coming to this logo was around three week. In here week the output of a minimum of probably 10 logos all the way to one was a big change. Then when I finally got my logo the part of picking colors was hard. In the pdf shown above I went through 12 different color patters before I could come to a choosing the end results. Looking back on these three week of Logo drafting, sketching, innovating, and finding what I really wanted was one of the most amazing things I could have ever done. Putting all I have learned form this quarter in graphic design was hard work paling off. This logo to me represents setting my own path and moving forward. The arrows represent the moving forward, The base line represents the firm base of trust and support. The shades of blue represent trust and support that one day my future clients can have with my company. The black stands for independents and stability.
